I have received fresh flower everytime I order them. Friendly and helpful they have been.i I will go back.
I will give a fair review only because I didn't actually see the flowers that were delivered. My first encounter, over the phone, ordering flowers for a co-workers mother who passed was fast and friendly. However when I called back to get an actual receipt and not just an email, I was told my company "should get with the program". Asked if I could get a copy in the mail because I need a receipt showing the breakdown of the charges, it is what our accounting dept requires. Again I was told that my company should "get with the program". Today I call, because I still do not have the actual receipt, asked what the tax amount was (because I'm trying to submit an expense report with what I have and need this break-down for Concur) and was then told "let me educate you, the tax amount is 6%, divide that". I understand this is a small town, small business, but I work for a very large company that requires us to have actual receipts and breakdown the amounts. The rudeness I received over the phone was unbelievable and I will never use this company again. Let me educate you in customer service Bob!
I live in Salem Virginia. Today I called to order my mom a Peace Lilly because her brother passed away. The older man who answeredthe phone was so nice to talk. He made sure the names were spelled right on the sympathy card. They also added white carnations since the plant didn6t have any blooms on it. This company delivered the plant within a few hours! I highly recommend this company!
